NODERA SCUM is primarily a PvP server with a dedicated PvE zone.
PvP, player looting, vehicle theft and conflicts between players are allowed everywhere outside safe zones and the marked PvE area.
The PvE zone is intended for calmer gameplay, new-player starts, trading, community and safer progression. It is not meant to be a shelter, storage area or advantage for PvP players.
The maximum number of players in one squad is 8.
Each squad may have only one active flag.
Bypassing this rule through alt accounts, a second squad, a friendly squad, an external base or intentionally split groups is forbidden.
Alliances are tolerated only as long as they do not create an unplayable zerg or coordinated bypassing of the squad limit.
Raids are allowed every day only from 16:00 to 22:00 CET/CEST.
Outside raid time it is forbidden to:
If the game technically allows something but the server rules forbid it, the server rules apply.
Loot lost in fair PvP or a fair raid is not returned.
Inside the PvE zone it is forbidden to:
The PvE zone is not a combat shelter. A player who has engaged in combat may not run into the PvE zone to avoid death, loot loss or the consequences of PvP.
A player or squad with a base in the PvE zone may not take part in raids on the server.
It is forbidden to:
Simple rule: if you live in PvE, you do not raid.
If a player or squad wants to raid, their base must be in a PvP area.
Items intended for raids or large-scale PvP may not be stored in the PvE zone.
This especially includes:
The PvE zone may not be used as safe storage for a PvP squad.
Abusing the border between the PvE and PvP zones is forbidden.
It is forbidden to:
If you start PvP outside the PvE zone, you must finish it outside the PvE zone.
Running into PvE after starting a conflict is considered abuse of PvE protection.
Building is allowed in most areas of the map as long as it does not block normal gameplay.
It is forbidden to build in a way that blocks:
Every base in a PvP area must be raidable through a normal ground approach.
It is forbidden to create a base that cannot be entered without glitching, bug abuse, flying or non-standard mechanics.
Before leaving the server, it is forbidden to remove the only access point to a base in a way that makes it unraidable.
The building limit is roughly 1000 elements per flag.
Mines are allowed only within your own flag zone.
It is forbidden to place mines:
Mines and traps may not be used to bypass the PvE zone, safe zones or raid protection.
Vehicle theft is allowed in PvP areas as long as it does not break the raid rules.
Inside the PvE zone it is forbidden to steal, destroy or lockpick vehicles owned by another player.
Vehicles used for raids may not be parked or stored in the PvE zone long-term.
It is forbidden to use vehicles for blocking, griefing, bug abuse, glitching or bypassing server rules.
Safe zones are for trading, resting and safe contact with traders.
Inside safe zones it is forbidden to:
A safe zone is not storage for PvP or raid loot.
Combat logging is forbidden.
Combat logging means disconnecting during combat, shortly before combat or after a clear PvP interaction in order to avoid death, loot loss, capture, a raid or the consequences of a conflict.
Combat logging also applies at the border between the PvE and PvP zones.
The following are forbidden:
Cheats and serious exploits mean an immediate ban.
Reports are handled through the designated report system or ticket.
A report should include:
Without evidence, most situations cannot be resolved fairly.
Public arguments in chat are not a replacement for a report.
Trash talk is part of PvP, but the line is clear.
The following are forbidden:
Play hard, but fair.
Breaking the rules may lead to removal of loot, vehicles, base elements, flags, a kick, temporary ban or permanent ban.
Gaps in the rules are not permission to abuse them.
If behavior harms fairness, server performance or the community, it may be handled even when it is not literally named in the rules.
