SCUM.SK is a PvPVE server with a designated PvE zone.
PvP, looting players, stealing vehicles and conflicts between players are allowed everywhere outside safe zones and the designated PvE area.
The PvE zone is intended for more peaceful gameplay, helping new players get started, trading, community activities and safer progression. It must not be used as a shelter, storage area or unfair advantage for PvP players.
The maximum number of players in one squad is 8.
Each squad may have only one active flag.
Circumventing this rule through alternate accounts, a second squad, a friendly squad, an external base or intentionally divided groups is prohibited.
Alliances are tolerated only as long as they do not create an unplayable zerg or serve as a coordinated way to bypass the squad limit.
Raids are allowed from Monday to Thursday between 16:00 and 22:00, and on Friday and Saturday between 16:00 and 00:00 CET/CEST. Raiding is not allowed on Sundays.
Outside raid time, it is prohibited to:
If the game technically allows something but the server rules prohibit it, the server rules take priority.
Attacking bases from aircraft with grenades or other explosives is prohibited unless it is part of a legitimate raid. It is also prohibited to destroy vehicles located within the base area in this way outside a raid.
Inside the PvE zone, it is prohibited to:
The PvE zone is not a combat shelter. A player who has entered a fight may not escape into the PvE zone to avoid death, loss of loot or the consequences of PvP.
A player or squad with a base inside the PvE zone may not participate in raids on the server.
It is prohibited to:
The rule is simple: if you live in PvE, you do not raid.
A player or squad that wants to participate in raids must have its base in the PvP area.
It is prohibited to store items intended for raids or large-scale PvP inside the PvE zone.
This includes, but is not limited to:
The PvE zone must not be used as protected storage for a PvP squad.
Abusing the border between the PvE and PvP zones is prohibited.
It is prohibited to:
If you start a PvP conflict outside the PvE zone, you must finish it outside the PvE zone.
Escaping into PvE after starting a conflict is considered an abuse of PvE protection.
Building is allowed in most areas of the map as long as it does not interfere with normal gameplay.
It is prohibited to build in a way that blocks:
Every base in the PvP area must be raidable through normal ground-based methods.
It is prohibited to create a base that cannot be entered without glitching, exploiting bugs, flying or using abnormal game mechanics.
Before leaving the server, it is prohibited to remove the only access route to a base in order to make it unraidable.
The building limit is approximately 1,000 elements per flag.
Mines are allowed only within the area of your own flag.
It is prohibited to place mines:
Mines and traps must not be used to bypass PvE protection, safe-zone protection or raid protection.
Vehicle theft is allowed in the PvP area as long as it does not violate the raid rules.
Inside the PvE zone, stealing, destroying or lockpicking another player’s vehicle is prohibited.
Vehicles used for raids may not be parked or stored inside the PvE zone for extended periods.
It is prohibited to use vehicles for blocking, griefing, exploiting bugs, glitching or bypassing server rules.
Safe zones are intended for trading, resting and safely interacting with traders.
Inside safe zones, it is prohibited to:
Safe zones must not be used to store PvP or raid loot.
Combat logging is prohibited.
Combat logging includes disconnecting during combat, shortly before combat or after a clear PvP interaction in order to avoid death, loss of loot, capture, a raid or the consequences of a conflict.
The combat logging rule also applies near the border between the PvE and PvP zones.
The following are prohibited:
Cheating and serious exploits result in an immediate ban.
Reports must be submitted through the designated report system or ticket system.
A report should include:
Without evidence, most situations cannot be resolved fairly.
Public arguments in chat are not a substitute for submitting a report.
Trash talk is part of PvP, but the boundaries are clear.
The following are prohibited:
Play hard, but play fair.
Breaking the rules may result in the removal of loot, vehicles, base elements or flags, as well as a kick, temporary ban or permanent ban.
Loopholes in the rules are not permission to abuse them.
Behaviour that harms fairness, server performance or the community may be punished even when it is not explicitly listed in the rules.
