Welcome packs and player bundles

A new or eligible player can claim a prepared bundle with an in-game command. A pack may contain items, clothing, weapons, ammunition, a filled container, a vehicle, Normal money or Gold.

Each pack can define availability, a time window, cooldown, use limit, roles, Steam accounts, server and contents. The system handles one-time and concurrent claims and does not blindly resend a partially delivered pack.

The pack system supports starter, VIP, event and shop bundles with controlled delivery to a specific online player.

Before using a pack

Confirm that you are on the correct server, your character is ready to receive the items and the pack is available for your account.

• check whether the pack is free, earned or purchased with BTC and review any limit or cooldown
• read the exact contents before confirming the claim
• keep enough inventory space for the delivered items
• do not repeatedly retry a failed delivery; report it with the transaction details

The live catalogue and your account state determine which packs can currently be claimed.
